1. All divisions of HT: AG/BN/N = $52.00, All Divisions of CT : Green - Prelim =$48.00.. Save $5.00 " Special Fees" - Enter Two consecutive levels, same horse/rider, immediate "family" discount (e.g. mother/daughter, sisters, father/daughter, Pony Club and 4-H with membership card. One $5.00 discount per entry.
1a) Horse Trials: Advance Green, 8 - 10 XC type fences in open field max. height 18 inches. Beginner Novice , 12 XC type fences, in open fence, max height 2'7". Novice, 10 - 13 XC type of fences in the open fields, Max 2'11". Etc... T & P see below
2a) Combined Tests - Green, 2) Advanced Green 3) Beginner Novice, 4) Novice 5) ON, 6) Training 7) OT, 8) Preliminary. All dressage tests will be ridden in a small arena b.) Draw checks to VHT-SS) Refunds (must be in writing, faxed or e-mail): Before closing date all, after CD: NONE
NO shows- no credit, no refund. Post entries available when scratches occur. d) Negative Coggins required within 12 months.
2. All Dressage Show Entries=$21.00 ALL USEF DRESSAGE TESTS 2007. Same "Special Fees" apply for dressage as for CT. Intro/Training/First 1. USEF 2007 Dressage Test , your choice of test. 2006 USEA Eventing Tests for Levels Green, Beginner Novice, Novice, Training , Preliminary Levels , can be found on Website. All Dressage Tests can be found on www.vahorsetrials.com. Entries will be split or combined, should entries warrant. All tests to be ridden in a small arena.
2. Tentative Time Schedule: 8:00 am HT & CT Dressage, 10:00 jumping. Noon XC. Dressage Show entries approx. 1:00 PM
3. Awards: 6 Ribbons. Concessions: Available on grounds. Stabling: Limited: please call ahead 540.348.1152, can be arranged.
4. Starting times: available through the link above by Thurs. before show or call between 6 & 9 p.m.
6. Directions: I-81 N. or I-81 S. to exit 188A. Proceed on Rt. 60 East, towards Buena Vista; turn left onto Bares Wood Lane, approx. 1/4 mile from Exit ramp. Follow signs to parking.
7. Dress: casual, must be neat and tidy with boots, breeches ASTM approved hard hats, body protecting vest & Medical Armbands (available at show and on the websitre ) for jumping.
8. Level requirements: Combined Tests Dressage and jumping heights: All USEA Event Tests are 2006

Novice: 2006 Novice Test A:, jumps Max. 2'11" Outside course speed 350mpm, dist 1000-1200 meters.
Open Novice: 2006 Novice Test B: jumps Max. 2'11" Outside course speed 350mpm, dist 1000-1200 meters.
Training: 2006 Training Test A:, jumps Max. 3'3" Outside course speed 420mpm, distance 1000-1200 meters.
