For the Virginia International CCI* & CIC**, and Virginia Horse Trials

May 20-25, 2008

Vendors may set up Wednesday - Thursday 9:am to 5:00pm EXCEPT NO Coliseum set up Wednesday between 3:00pm - 5:00pm due to first horse inspection. Vendors must be in place by 8:00am on Friday. Starting time for all days will be no later than 8:00am. The event should conclude on Sunday by 4:00pm.

Contract of Space:

In the event of fire, strikes or other uncontrollable circumstances, the Virginia International CCI* shall have no liability or obligation to make any refund.

Space Assignment:

Space assignments will be accepted with a signed contract and payment for display area. The Virginia International CCI* management will assign the spaces. In the event that show management must reconfigure certain areas of the floor assignments, the show management reserves the right to assign alternate space. NO exhibitor shall transfer, assign, sell or barter assigned space without the express written consent of show management.

Liability:

The exhibitor agrees to assume all risks of loss injury, theft, or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof, including goods, merchandise, chattels, papers and business records or other property which may be in or come into the exhibitor's possession during the course of the exhibit and to assume all liability for damage to property, person or persons arising from accidental or other causes incidental to movement and operation of the exhibit area and hereby releases the Virginia International CCI* and its contractors and the Virginia Horse Center from any liability whatsoever. No items may be sold that are illegal.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

• Vendors participating in the Virginia International CCI* as evidenced by its authorized signature on the reverse side, agrees to abide by all terms and conditions contained in these policies and procedures.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all state tax requirements. Virginia Horse Trials, Virginia?Horse?Center and the County of Rockbridge assume no responsibility in this regard.
• Vendors must adhere to all Virginia?Horse?Center facility rules.
• A vendor application must be submitted and accepted prior to arriving on the grounds.
